AI Butler is an AI-powered tourism assistant designed to solve on-site visitor inconveniences such as language barriers, parking congestion, safety concerns, and crowding โ all in real time.
The project was jointly developed by Deepfine, Vestella Lab, Flitto, Triplet, and Dplee,
in collaboration with Jeongeup City and the Naejangsan National Park Office.
Itโs part of Koreaโs national โAI Transformation Policyโ and โBalanced Regional Tourism Strategy,โ
showcasing how technology can innovate local tourism.

Foreign visitors will especially appreciate the multilingual AI guide that supports 37 languages.
When a tour guide explains something in Korean, the AI instantly translates and plays the explanation through your smart device.
By simply scanning the QR code on an information board, visitors can access automatically translated details in 10 different languages.
This makes it easy for non-Korean speakers to understand hiking routes, landmarks, and local facilities.
With the rising global interest in โK-Hiking,โ this service is a timely and practical solution to welcome more international travelers.
